My approach is grounded, thoughtful, and paced with care, whether you’re exploring this work on your own or alongside a partner.

Our sessions slow things down so you can build clarity and have honest, meaningful conversations about intimacy, communication, desire, and connection — without pressure or performance.

I work with individuals and couples across monogamous, non-monogamous, and exploring relationship structures, and my practice is fully inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities and experiences.

At the center of this work is consent, emotional safety, nervous-system awareness, and deep respect for lived experience — with no assumptions, ultimatums, or agenda.
